What kind of proof do we need to bring with us for autism? We have the Dutch Autipas, but cannot obtain a doctor's note anymore.

    Hiya Raymond!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! Oh my goodness, Raymond, your magical vacation is coming so soon! How excited are you? I know I would be thrilled, and I am always happy to help fellow international guests have the best Disney vacation ever. You have picked such a magical time to come and visit with the World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing. I am sure you have plenty of pixie dust waiting for you!

One of my favourite things about the Disney parks is that everyone can come and experience the magic no matter their background or origins. In fact, Walt Disney himself said "to all who come to this happy place, welcome" when Disneyland first opened, and I think it still rings true for all the Disney parks. I am guessing that you are inquiring about registering for the Disability Access Service, also known as "DAS." To answer your question, you will not be required to show proof of diagnosis or a doctor's note when registering for the service. Indeed, you can stop by a Guest Relations counter on the first day of your magical vacation and register for DAS then. Another way to register is to schedule a video call once you arrive in sunny Florida. That way, you would not have to wait in the parks to be registered! I also recommend making sure that you have downloaded the My Disney Experience mobile app, as it makes scheduling your return time so much more convenient. Once you are ready for your next attraction, select it on the map, or search it in the search bar, and you will be able to click on the DAS icon and schedule your return time!

Now, Raymond, there are so many fun things that you can do at the Walt Disney World Resort in addition to the attractions you intend to ride. Did you know that the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival is currently blooming as a part of its 2022 season? Indeed, the festival offers so many fun activities and offerings only available at this time of year. Personally, I loved participating in Spike's Pollen-Nation Exploration scavenger hunt around the World Showcase. All you have to do is stop by one of the select merchandise locations and pick up your map and stickers. Then, go around the World Showcase to find which plants Spike The Bee is with, and you will receive a complimentary souvenir at the end! Also, I love going around the food booths and trying new things. Once you arrive at EPCOT, be sure to pick up your festival passport to look at all the yummy treats you will be able to enjoy!

I hope this was helpful, Raymond, and that you and your family will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney trip! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help, and you've got a friend in us!

    Have a magical day,
