What kind of coffee pods do the coffee machines in a standard room at Polynesian use? How big is the refrigerator? dimensions. Can it hold 3-----½ gallon containers of milk?are there Ice cube makers in the resort?

    Aloha Joan!

Welcome back to planDisney! There is no question that being at Walt Disney World Resort makes that morning cup of coffee just a little extra magical. My morning coffee time is when I really take in the details and beauty of my Disney Resort hotel room!

The rooms at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort include a Cuisinart Single-Serve coffee maker. While your room will be stocked with some caffeinated and decaffeinated options, if there is a particular brew you prefer, a “K-Cup” style pod should work in this machine. Of course, if your in-room coffee doesn’t perk you up, a trip to Kona Island for some coffee and pastries is sure to do the trick! I love breakfast at Kona Café, and you can even use Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering through the My Disney Experience mobile app to take your food back to your Disney Resort hotel room.

You will also find a beverage cooler in your room, which cools to 41 degrees Fahrenheit and above. The beverage cooler measures approximately 18 inches wide by 25 inches high by 22 inches deep. You should be able to fit more than one half-gallon of milk in this beverage cooler. The beverage cooler will not include an ice maker, but you will find an ice bucket in your room which you can fill at the ice machines throughout the Resort.

I hope you have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Joan. I’ll be here at planDisney to help answer any questions you have in the future!
