You can book transportation in a van or sedan, and install your own car seat for the ride. There are also options to rent a car seat if you want to leave yours at home.
Lyft is another Disney partner that also allows you to install your own car seat. I just looked up a ride at about 4:00 pm on a Thursday, and the cost for a Lyft from SNA to the Disneyland Hotel was between $45 and $65, depending on the size of the vehicle you need. Obviously, prices change drastically based on a myriad of factors, but that gives you a bit of an idea.
There are various bus lines from the local airports listed on the Disneyland website.
Orange County Transit Authority (OCTA) does not require car seats and is an inexpensive option, though it may not be as efficient in terms of travel time as the options listed above.
