    What kind of accommodations are available for disabilities? I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and will have trouble in the parks.

    Welcome to planDisney Sandy. Thanks for stopping by with your questions. I will be happy to show you how Disney is dedicated to making the parks accessible for everyone. 

    Disney Parks commits to providing a welcoming experience for all guests. The Disability Access Service (DAS) program ensures the experiences around the parks can be accessible to all who cannot tolerate extended waits in a conventional line. You can preregister for this helpful program anywhere from 30 days before your arrival but no less than 2 days before your arrival. So exciting new features have been added recently. The opportunity to pre-register via live video call and use DAS Advance pre-arrival planning. The second is the convenient way to receive DAS return times through the My Disney Experience App. DAS is active for 60 days from when approved. 

    Using the My Disney Experience App you will be able to receive return times for this program for the remainder of your day. To start once you are registered for DAS you will be able to have a Cast Member assist in selecting from up to 2 one-hour return windows per day with the advance planning option. Here is a list of the eligible attractions and experiences that may be included.
