Now, let’s jump right into your answer. If you want a table service meal that gives you the full 5 hours of Simba Parking Lot validation, I took a look at each Table Service restaurants menus, and for breakfast you can choose from these locations:

Paseo with a limited brunch menu
Any of the Quick Service eateries will give you the 3 hour parking allocation, like
Tiendita with delicious Mexican street fare.
I know I recommended Naples Ristorante e Bar for lunch and dinner, and I’m happily recommending them for breakfast too! The Banana French Toast and the Classic Breakfast are both so tasty, and I love that you can choose from indoor or outdoor seating, either upstairs or downstairs. The whole place feels open and welcoming.
Now for the main event, the Werther’s Caramel Popcorn, because YES! This is the way! I crave it every time I visit, and I never leave without it. Marceline’s Confectionary has closed its doors, but Downtown Disney District now has
Disney Wonderful World of Sweets, and it is a dream come true for someone with a sweet tooth like mine. All the sweets gathered in one magical place. This is where you will find freshly made Werther’s Original Caramel Popcorn. It’s warm, delicious, fresh, and the perfect treat for a happy stroll through
