    Hi Kimberly - just read your answer to a ? about rental car vs. disney transport. Is it possible to rent a car at WDW if we decide mid trip that we want our own wheels? Can the car be turned in at MCO or must it be returned on WDW property? THANKS!!!

    Yes you could reserve a car rental on WDW property. Alamo and National have rental sites at Walt Disney World. We rented from National at the Dolphin hotel.

    The AAA Car Care Center near the Transportation and Ticket Center is also a good choice for a car rental.

    You can turn the car in at the airport but sometimes the cost is higher to return your vehicle to a different location. We try to pick up our vehicle and return it to the same location to avoid additional fees.
