    Hi Kimberly! You mentioned we could take a boat from MK to Ft Wilderness for dinner at Micky's BBQ, how about the Bus Transportation? How long would it take? Read your profile, how was All-Star Movie Resort? Must do's for 7yr son?

    All Star Movies was delightful for our son when he was younger. Now, he would miss having a pool slide while swimming. Although not as much of a concern during the winter months. My husband and I would stay there again if we really needed to watch our budget but otherwise the rooms are a bit too small.

    Must Do attractions for a 7 year old would include: Pirates of the Caribbean, Jack Sparrow's Pirate Tutorial, Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, Big Thunder Mountain and exploring Tom Sawyer Island. At Hollywood Studios, I would recommend the stunt show, Indiana Jones show, Star Tours and Jedi Training Academy. In Animal Kingdom, the safari, Kali River Rapids, Boneyard, Primeval Whirl and Lion King show. At Epcot, Test Track, Soarin', Spaceship Earth and Turtle Talk with Crush. These are all the Must See attractions for my son. My son hasn't tried the other thrill rides yet so your son's choices may differ depending on whether he has a like/dislike for coasters, etc.

    My son also loves the "lesser" attractions such as Peter Pan and Tomorrowland Speedway.

    For Ft. Wilderness:
    If you take a bus, then you should use Epcot as your hub. Transfer to a Ft. Wilderness bus. Then, you would have to transfer at the Outpost Depot (front entrance) to an internal Ft. Wilderness bus. This will transport you to the Settlement Depot. From there it is a short walk to your destination, the Ft. Wilderness Pavilion. Easiest method: your own car or a taxi!
