Kimberly, in an earlier answer you mentioned a pirate adventure cruise at the CBR. Can you give any more details on that? Will be there Thanksgiving week and DS5 would love that! Thanks for your time!!

I think your son would definitely enjoy the cruise at the Caribbean Beach Resort.

Let me fill in the details for you:

You can book by calling 407-WDW-DINE. I paid $30.01 for my son's cruise in June, however prices are subject to change so please verify when you call.

It's for kids ages 4-10. All pirates must be potty-trained.

The Island of the Caribbean Pirate Cruise sets sail on Tuesdays only at 9:30 a.m. Please note that parents should have their pirates at the marina by 9:15 a.m. Pirates should wear sneakers.

Kids will be given bandannas and all children must wear a life vest.

Sailing the seas of the Caribbean, the pirates look for signs of treasure. Once discovered, their ship (actually a pontoon boat outfitted with pirate sails and flag) docks at Fort Cay where the pirates will receive a peanut butter and jelly uncrustables lunch.

After two hours, the pirates return with the treasure chest which they open together and share in the booty (little trinkets).

I'm glad that I saw your question today as my son was just asking me this morning if he could do a pirate cruise again.

Oh, here he is...and my Mr. 8 says that your Mr. 5 really like the pirate cruise!! Aaarrggh!
