Hi Kimberly! Crowd perspective only: Late April, Early May or Early Nov? Spring break/Easter crowds should be gone, concerned about the potential "Jersey Week" crowds. Thank you!

    Hi Carrie!

Based solely on crowd considerations, your best bet would be early November. Jersey Week (when schools in New Jersey are closed) doesn't bring in the larger crowds that are seen throughout April and May.

If I were planning for my family, this would be the order of preference:
    1. early November
    2. late April
    3. early May

If you avoid the weekend of November 9th, 2012, you'll miss the Marathon and Jersey Week crowds. The busiest day of this weekend is Sunday. Make it your travel day, if possible!

Let me know if I can help any further!
