Kimberely Help w/itinerary arrive 6/10-6/15 haven't been to Disney in 20 years, we are trveling with our sons 28,22,14 and our 3 grandkids 3 yr girl, twin 8 yr. boys. Have dining pck but trouble getting reserv. this late in game.

I would first caution to plan for heat and afternoon thunderstorms. Try to tour in the mornings and late afternoon/evenings. This worked well for us last June.

It is difficult to get reservations at many restaurants for last minute dining at Walt Disney World. There are some restaurants that are easier to reserve than others. For instance, trying to dine at Cinderella’s Royal Table usually requires reservations well in advance. However, a meal at one of the resorts will not only serve as a respite from the parks but also may yield available seating.

    I would suggest trying:
Cape May Café for a character breakfast at the Beach Club
Beaches and Cream which only takes walk-ins for lunch and dinner
Big River Grille and ESPN Club at the Boardwalk
    Shutters at Caribbean Beach
    The Wave at the Contemporary
Kona Café at the Polynesian (my husband loves the breakfast here)
Olivia’s Café at Old Key West (I have friends that love the steaks here)
    Grand Floridian Café
    Trail’s End at Fort Wilderness
    Maya Grill at Coronado Springs
    Turf Club at Saratoga Springs
Also, Downtown Disney restaurants such as Planet Hollywood and Raglan Road.

Some of the popular restaurants such as Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and Whispering Canyon Café at the Wilderness Lodge have large seating capacities. Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom and the Tusker House at the Animal Kingdom have vast seating capacities.

    Suggested itinerary:
    6/10 Magic Kingdom
6/11 Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom
    6/12 Epcot
    6/13 Magic Kingdom
6/14 Hollywood Studios, if interested in Star Wars event otherwise Animal Kingdom
    6/15 Epcot
