Hi Kim D!! Love your creative answers :-) Can you tell me if staying at the Wilderness Lodge cabins is comfortable? Is is still like being in hotel, just more rustic? Do the cabins have mousekeeping staff on a daily basis? Thanks Kim!

Hi Suzanne! Thank you kindly for the compliment! You'll find that all of the Disney Moms and Dads on the panel love to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust in their answers. It's our way of bringing the magic of Disney into your vacation planning before you even leave home!

I've had the opportunity of staying at the Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground in a Wilderness Cabin and must admit, this is my kind of "roughing it" in the great outdoors. The cabins sleep 6 comfortably and offer a full kitchen for preparing meals so, this is also an economical option for larger travel parties. The children in my group really enjoyed the bunk beds in the bedroom and thought the Murphy bed that folded out of the living room wall was pretty neat! Daily housekeeping cast members will keep everything tidy so you can relax in your log home paradise!

Due to the number of amazing outdoor activities and amenities offered, as well as the distance of the cabins from the main theme park transportation area, I'd recommend that you consider renting an electric cart to make it easier to zip about. At the end of a busy Disney day, it can be nice to arrive right at your front door without any extra walking.

Wishing you a fantastic trip to Mickey Mouse and Pals! Please feel free to send more questions my way!
