Hi, i would like do take my 3kids to wdw in december. Will be celebrating my sons 15th birthday we usually celebrate the girl and boy with a big party. He would rather go to disney . Any ideas on how could we SPECIAL celebrate his 15BD

    Hello Dalila,

Thank you for your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Celebrating a magical birthday at the Walt Disney World Resort is going to be memorable!

The Disney Park Resorts know how to make their Guests feel extra special especially on their birthdays. The first thing I would suggest you do is stop by Guest Services at any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks and tell them you are celebrating your sons birthday. The Cast Member will give him a free "It's My Birthday" button for him to wear; he will be sure to get birthday wishes and smiles all day.

We always love to have some one-on-one time with Characters; so we reserve a Character Dining Experience. Located at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Chef Mickey's, is an excellent place to celebrate a birthday. Mickey and friends will mingle with Guests for photos and autographs while you dine on a buffet-style feast.

You can also sprinkle some more pixie dust on his day by ordering a personalized birthday cake if you're dining at select table service restaurants. Call the Disney cake hotline at (407) 827-2253 to order one, they will need at least 72 hours notice prior to your magical date needed.

A Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage would be fun for the whole family. Captain Hook & Mr. Smee will greet you for a pirate picture before sailing with Patch the Pirate for a water view of "Wishes Nighttime Spectacular." Call 407-WDW-PLAY to reserve this unforgettable cruise for the birthday boy and your family.

You can also contact Disney Floral & Gifts. Their Dream Makers can help you plan anything including an in-room birthday celebration for him.

I hope this helps and that you all have a pixie-dusted visit.

    Wishing you magic!
