My kids 4 & 3 have been watching a Disneyworld video that has the water parks in it. They love the air tubes and slides and want to go there. However, they cannot swim yet. Are any of these rides safe for non-swimmers?

    HI Catherine,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  My son loves to pour over the maps of the water parks, he is super excited to check them out!  Many of the attractions have a height requirement, so some of the the things will be off limits anyhow.  Anything else will be up to your discretion.  Due to the nature of water, I would err on the side of caution when deciding if something is right for your child.  I would strongly suggest utilizing the free life jackets that each of the water parks offer.  It's a nice peace of mind in this environment.  Both parks have wonderful kiddie play areas for small children, so rest assured there will be plenty of fun for your family at the water parks.

One other bit of advice, bring water shoes.  On our trip this past june I found that the concrete got very HOT, and water shoes were a life saver for the little ones feet!

    Hope this helps, have fun!
