Hi Diane,
Welcome to planDisney! I am delighted to see that you have an upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort planned! And it sounds like you are already using
My Disney Experience to monitor and make changes to your plans.
Although I cannot see the details of your reservation, my guess would be that you may be having a problem because at least one adult 18 years old or over needs to be on the room reservation. If you do have an adult on the room reservation and are still have problems modifying, I suggest you
contact a Cast Member by phone. They can actually see the details of your reservation and assist you with making modifications.
Looking at your arrival date, I hope you have mapped out your
advanced dining reservations. Currently, dining reservations can be made 60-days prior to your arrival date. If you have not made them already, I strongly suggest that you do. Check out the
updates on dining experiences to see which dining locations are open and to stay tuned when additional restaurant openings are announced.
Also, I hope you made
Disney Park Pass system reservations. To enter a theme park, all Guests currently need park pass reservations. Check the
theme park reservation availability calendar before canceling any park pass reservations and trying to make new ones.
Diane, I trust you will get that resort hotel reservation modified. Strategize your park time - my family likes to hit the parks in the morning, take a break in the afternoon, and return to the parks in the evening. We always check out
shopDisney before we go to see if there are any new shirts we want to purchase for the trip. So find the right gear for your crew. We cannot wait to welcome you to your next Disney visit!
Magic and memories.
Donyell
