Hi Stacie! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be here before you know it! Yippee!
While there isn't necessarily a checklist, I have two great resources for you. The first is
Disney Theme Parks & Water Parks – Frequently Asked Questions and the second is
Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules. Both pages list oodles of items you should (and should not) bring while visiting the theme parks.
Below are some of my must have items when visiting Walt Disney World Resort:
MagicBand Photo ID, health insurance card, small amount of cash and 1 credit or debit card (because I way over plan everything)
Hand sanitizer
Hat or cap
Sunglasses
Sunblock
Water bottle (no glass containers)
Mobile phone with
My Disney Experience mobile app loaded
Portable mobile phone power pack (because I use the My Disney Experience mobile app a lot)
Camera (if I don't use my mobile phone camera)
Rain Gear (as needed - we typically check the weather in the morning before we leave our Resort hotel to determine if we need our rain gear)
Autograph book and pen/marker if you are planning to visit with Characters (put them in a plastic storage bag to protect the book)
Small bag or backpack to hold all of the above items
One of the most important items to pack is comfortable shoes! Your vacation is not the place to break in a pair of new shoes. You will potentially walk several miles each day so you will want to be as comfortable as possible.
I'm so excited for you! Enjoy every magical moment!
