Hi, Christina! It sounds like you are planning quite the magical gathering for later this year! I'm excited to hear this and happy to help you!
As the mom of a big family, I have always loved taking a large group to
Walt Disney World Resort. It's like the magic multiplies! Disney has already begun releasing promotions for 2027, so it may be that there are no additional announcements for this year. Of course, there is no way to know for sure, so you'll want to keep an eye on the
Special Offers, Packages, and More page.
With the dates you are looking at being just around the corner, my recommendation is to go ahead and make those reservations! Disney Resort hotels, as well as those off-site, have a tendency to fill up. If you book a Disney vacation package and then later find an offer that could apply to your trip, you can
call Walt Disney World Tickets and Hotel Reservations and have a Cast Member make the adjustment. The only offer I see for vacation packages that is currently available for your travel dates is the
free dining plan for kids. There is also a
room-only discount of up to 20% on select hotel stays.
If you already have hotel reservations and you are looking to purchase theme park tickets, it's okay to wait a while and watch for any new promotions. There are none currently out. The 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket Offer has not been extended, and Disney has made no announcement as of yet.
As with my children, I love all of the Disney theme parks equally, but I support your plans to visit
Magic Kingdom Park twice. There are more attractions than in any other park, the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade,
Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade, and
Happily Ever After! I haven't even started listing all the snacks! You can easily fill two days trying to do everything and even repeating your favorites.
Over the years, I've stuck to my vacation budget by skipping the
park hopper option on our tickets. I prefer to focus on one park per day anyway, and we save time and energy that would otherwise be spent traveling to another theme park. I also buy fewer park days. It's great to have multiple non-park days built into your vacation. You can spend it sleeping in, going to the pool, enjoying
Disney Springs, and most importantly: resting those tired feet!
I hope this was helpful, Christina, and that you are able to save some money as you plan your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Please come back and see us at
planDisney if you have any more questions. We're always happy to help!
Always Dreaming -
