Hi there, Sharon! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
You can absolutely bring snacks and water into the parks and it's an especially smart idea considering your children's dietary needs. Also, EpiPens, Benadryl, and any other small necessities you might need for a medical emergency are also allowed into the parks. You should know that there are
First Aid locations in each park where nurses are available during normal operating hours and you can also buy over-the-counter medication at these locations.
The Disneyland Resort goes above and beyond to serve Guests with
food allergies and special dietary needs. Allergy-friendly menus are available at restaurants and you can even speak directly to the chef or a specially-trained Cast Member about any food allergy concerns you may have. If you make
advanced dining reservations, you can note allergies on the reservation and then your server will discuss your options when you arrive at your table.
I know you and your family are going to have a fabulous time at the Disneyland Resort! Please stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel again with any other questions you may have.
