Hi Karen,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I adore Let the Magic Begin, the magical show where a cast of your favorite characters welcome Guests the enchanted lands of
Magic Kingdom Park each morning.
Let the Magic Begin is scheduled for 5 minutes before official park opening each day. There’s a handy feature on the right-hand side of the
show’s web page where you can set the calendar to the day you are visiting to be absolutely sure of the time, as opening time does vary based on time of year. On Extra Magic Hours days, Let the Magic Begin is held 5 minutes before the park opens to all guests, so if you are visiting on an Extra Magic Hours morning, head to your favorite attractions and then return to the Cinderella Castle forecourt stage in time for the show to begin. Please remember that not all attractions are open for Extra Magic Hours (I once headed to Adventureland hoping to have my favorite, Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room, to myself...only to find that it was closed! Nooooo!). You can find a list of attractions that are open in Extra Magic Hours at all four theme parks
here.
Karen, I confirmed this information from multiple sources, but I would hate for you to miss the show, so please confirm with a Cast Member as you enter Magic Kingdom Park for the day. Sometimes information changes at the last minute, so asking your friendly and knowledgeable Cast Members is always your best bet.
Enjoy the show and have a magical vacation!
