Both kids are non verbal and one is autistic. They will be 6 and 4 when we go. Can adults stay with their kids in the kids club activities? I feel like there isn’t much for kids to do but swim and these clubs seem fun. I can’t leave kids without a parent.

    Ahoy Hallie!

Welcome back aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am so happy to hear that you are planning a high seas adventures with your little ones!  There is so much magic included when you cruise with Captain Mickey.  I cannot wait for you to make so many memories together!

The Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab truly are amazingly fun.  I have a hard time getting my own kids to leave the youth clubs, even for dinner!  This space is reserved only for pirates three to twelve years old.  No parents allowed in this club!  Parents CAN however accompany their little ones in the youth clubs during open house events.  Typically these take place on embarkation day and one other day during your sailing.  Check your Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to find these hours.  This will give your little ones an opportunity to explore these enchanted places onboard if they need to stick with you.

There are also onboard activities such as family game shows, dance parties, movies and live shows throughout your cruise for you to enjoy together with your young pirates.  I would also recommend you connect with Disney Cruise Line's Special Services Team who specialize in helping guests with Autism enjoy every moment of their magical vacation.

Please sail back to us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions as you prepare to set sail!

    "Sea" ya real soon!  Angie
