    Since our kids will be 11 & 10, we'll need to purchase the Adult dining plan for them. As I look at the menus at places we want to eat, I'm concerned that the kids will not find anything on the main menu for them. Will special requests be honored?

    Hi, Lori!

    Your Mouseketeers will be well fed!   While your kids will need to use one of their dining credits (based on an adult price) they can still order from the children's menu if they prefer.  They will usually just make an adult sized portion of the child meal.

    Special requests are honored whenever possible. For example, at Whispering Canyon Cafe, my son wanted chicken nuggets which were NOT on the menu.  They were able to get him the nuggets, thankfully since this is his main food group!   At the same restaurant, I did not want the entire "all you can eat skillet" but just the yummy roasted chicken.  They were able to make a meal with just the chicken and a few sides.  

    Every restaurant is different, and while they cannot always perform miracles, they do try their hardest!  Work with your server and ask for some options so everyone gets what they want. If they are super-duper-picky, try to enjoy as many buffets as possible as the choices will be endless!

    Wow, now I'm hungry and wishing I could be at one of Disney's amazing restaurants tonight!   So many wonderful choices, have fun deciding.
