Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

As a parent, I know how hard it is to try feed my family healthy foods on vacation - especially a Disney vacation! With all the wonderful food offerings and sweet treats at Walt Disney World, we always try to fit healthy meals into our plans to balance things out.

Mickey Check Meals are provided as a way to help parents make healthier dining choices when visiting Walt Disney World Resort. Mickey Check items are low in sugar, sodium, and saturated fat, and the portion sizes are controlled to promote healthy calorie consumption.

Mickey Check Meals can be found at many Quick Service and Table Service locations throughout Walt Disney World. The list of restaurants serving Mickey Check meals continues to grow, and Guests are offered lots of choices to fit their healthy lifestyles!

I hope this answers your question, and that you'll now be aware of the healthy choices offered at Disney dining locations! Have a magical day! - Diane W.
