Tracy Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

2 of my 3 kids are low vision. My concern is getting seating close enough for them to see shows like or Voyage of the Little Mermaid, etc..without spending our whole vacation trying to be the first in line to get into the shows. Any sugestions or tips?

Hi Tracy!  Please be sure and stop by the Guest Relations window for each park  when you arrive for a fun filled day.  Explain your situation that several of your children have low vision disability and ask for their assistance. In the past they had a guest assistance card but not sure if they are still doing that.  Unfortunately and sad, many people were not completely honest and stated conditions that were false. But Disney wants all their guests to have a wonderful experience and the cast members at Guest Relations will help you plan your day.

Many attractions have two seating sections for those with disabilities with one being up front and the other in the back.  When you reach an attraction seek out the cast member at the entrance and explain the situation with him or her.  If you are not satisfied with the results politely ask to see a supervisor to help you.

I am confident you will have a wonderful vacation with your children!
