My kids love star wars! Going to HS 9/5. Are girls ever chosen for Jedi Training? My dd(5) would love it! Is there any star wars attraction my 2 (almost 3) year old son could participate in too? Im pretty sure they are both too small for the ride. Thanks!

    Hi Jessica,

Little girls make wonderful Jedi's! The process to sign up for the Jedi Training Academy has changed. It is now reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll want to arrive at Hollywood Studios right at park opening and head directly to Star Tours. You'll see a Cast Member nearby who will be signing guests up for the Jedi Training Academy. Ask any Cast Member you see in the area to point you in the right direction. Your daughter will need to be with you when you sign her up. This fills up very quickly and is quite popular so be sure to get there early.

Unfortunately, your little guy is too small for Star Tours. There is a stationary star speeder outside the attraction that he can sit on. He'll likely enjoy watching his big sister in the show. One idea is to have him build his own droid or lightsaber inside the gift shop located at Star Tours.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation!
