Hello there, Carolyn! Welcome to planDisney!
It seems like your kiddo has their own personal Fairy Godmother! And the surprises that await at Walt Disney World Resort will be nothing short of a dream come true. From visiting a galaxy far, far away at
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge to sampling food and exploring countries in
EPCOT's World Showcase, your explorer will have a lot to look forward to. And oh boy! I would love to share a bit of magical news with you, Carolyn. Bibbidi bobbidi boo!
Your little Mouseketeer's godmother is more than welcome to grant this wish and provide a key to the kingdom. Because she is a Florida resident, she can purchase an annual pass for your kiddo (as long as they are under the age of 18 years old). As of today, the Disney Pixie Dust Annual Pass is the only pass available for purchase. However,
the other annual passes (Disney Incredi-Pass, Disney Sorcerer, and Disney Pirate) will be available starting on April 20, 2023. Woohoo! I strongly encourage you all to compare the annual passes and review the blockout dates before making the purchase.
The annual pass will activate on the first day it is used at one of the four theme parks (or it can be activated at
Disney Springs). The Fairy Godmother needs to be present on that first day with
proof of Florida residency. After that first visit, she will no longer need to meet you at the theme parks in order for your kiddo to use it.
Carolyn, I hope that you found this information helpful! If you have any further questions about the exciting year ahead, please don't hesitate to
revisit us here at planDisney. I'd like to say that, in a way, we're Fairy Godparents, too!
Magic always,
LeAndra
