Kids are gluten free and would love to have a nice breakfast. Where could we find gluten-free pancakes, waffles or french toast, either at a resort restaraunt or in a park restaraunt? Not looking for a character meal, though. Thanks for the good info!

Hi, Daniel!  Disney takes special time and attention to assist all guests who have special food requirements.  I have many times seen the restaurant chefs talking to guests to make sure food is prepared as needed.

I think reading this page on Special Dietary Requests will put your mind at ease.  Basically, it says any table service restaurant that takes reservations will accommodate you.  As a double precaution (because that is what we parents do!) make sure to mention your requests when making your dining reservation and also when ordering.  Feel free to ask for the chef if you have additional questions (plus it might make a great photo with the kids when the chef comes out!)

No worries!   Disney will make sure you have a wonderful and healthy breakfast for your family!  They'll need it for a good start to their Disney Day!      If you have any other questions, just let us know

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
