Are kids still being gifted a sword or a wand at Cinderella’s Royal Table?

Greetings, Emily from the court of planDisney where we are always happy to serve every Prince and Princess in the land.

Emily, Cinderella's Royal Table is one of my favorite restaurants at Magic Kingdom Park! The stone interior and the soaring windows always make me feel like I'm stepping into a real life Fairy Tale. Since I haven't been back to visit Cinderella recently I asked my good friend and fellow panelist, Betsy, about her experience since she just dined like Royalty. She let me know that her kids did NOT receive a wand or sword at their meal, but were given a postcard from Cinderella.

Emily, I hope this information helps as you're planning ahead. If you decide that Cinderella's Royal Table isn't as perfect a fit for your family as the glass slipper on her foot, I would encourage you to also check out Be Our Guest Restaurant. Also located in Magic Kingdom Park, this restaurant inspired by Disney's Beauty and the Beast is another family favorite!

Best wishes, Emily, for a memorable and Magical vacation. Please come on back to planDisney with any additional questions... and if your transportation is a pumpkin carriage, be mindful of midnight!

Meet the Panelist: Lauren, Pennsylvania

Greetings from central Pennsylvania! Hi, I’m Lauren and I can’t wait to answer all of your Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Vacation Club questions. My husband and I became Disney Vacation Club Members because we love visiting the Disney Parks and with hectic day-to-day schedules, wanted to prioritize time away for our family. The options at the Walt Disney World Resort make each trip unique and I am excited to help other families build vacations with those unforgettable moments.
