I’m sure you’re counting down the months, days, hours, and minutes until you and your family get to enjoy the Most Magical Place on Earth. I’ve had the opportunity to visit with my kiddos when they were toddlers, and those vacations are some of my all-time favorite memories.
I’m happy to confirm that kids under 3 do not need tickets and do get into the theme parks for free. Woo hoo! One thing to remember, though, is that while they don’t need tickets, you should still include your kiddo as a member of your party when making reservations (hotel, dining, Lightning Lanes, or
Enchanting Extras). You can create a profile for them by logging into My Disney Experience and then scrolling down a bit to “Family and Friends” and selecting “Add a Guest.” Then select “Create a New Guest” and follow the prompts.
As you continue to plan your Walt Disney World vacation, make sure you check out the
search filters on the Rides and Entertainment page. Along with height requirements, you can filter the list of attractions by location, type of ride, age, and interests. It’s a great way to quickly see what’s a good fit for your little one.
