Hey Mallory,
Welcome back to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with this great question about your upcoming Walt Disney World visit. My family and I are super excited about
Bluey's Wild World at Animal Kingdom. We just left Disney World a few weeks ago, but we already can’t wait to get back to Conservation Station to meet them! Guests will not only get to meet the Heeler sisters, but they’ll also get to play a few games from their favorite Bluey episodes with a creative twist like keepy uppy. After meeting Bluey and Bingo, head outside to see a few animals native to their home in Australia!
The addition of the virtual queue for popular new attractions has been one of my favorite operational upgrades in the Disney Parks. Take it from someone who waited in a physical queue for
Pandora - The World of Avatar several moons ago shortly after it opened, the virtual queue system at Disney World is a fantastic way to enjoy a new experience without waiting in line for hours. Instead of waiting physically in a traditional queue for extended periods of time, guests will utilize one of two opportunities during their park day to enter the virtual queue for an attraction from the
My Disney Experience app. The virtual queue opens at 7:00 a.m. and again at 10:00 a.m. Guests hoping to enjoy Bluey's Wild World this summer can access the virtual queue from anywhere at 7:00 a.m., but they must be inside Animal Kingdom to join the queue at 10:00 a.m. Guests will receive a return window for their experience to begin in the My Disney Experience app. Make sure you have your push notifications turned on! Enjoy other attractions and entertainment in Animal Kingdom while you wait to be called back. Return times will vary, so there’s no way to determine what time your window will be. Additionally, return windows may run out pretty quickly so you will want to be on the app and ready right at 7 or 10 a.m. to grab yours.
Review the information here to study all the virtual queue details you’ll need to know.
Consider adding
Memory Maker to your package to ensure that everyone can get in the photo when you meet Bluey and Bingo. Guests who purchase Memory Maker can download unlimited PhotoPass photos during their Disney World visit. Additionally, while you wait for your return window I’d suggest catching
Festival of The Lion King which is one of Disney’s most spectacular shows on property. If you’re up for a snack,
Nomad Lounge has the best churros on property. If you’re hungry for something a little more substantial,
Tiffin’s Restaurant next door has several delicious offerings on the menu and they even offer a great kids’ menu for littles.
I hope this information is helpful, Mallory. If you have additional planning questions regarding your visit please be sure to come back and see us here at planDisney real soon. TTFN… ta-ta for now!
