Greetings, Carrie, and welcome to planDisney!
Just when you think that you’ve explored all of
Walt Disney World Resort, you can travel 220 miles high above
EPCOT (don’t forget to look down!) and step aboard the Centauri Space Station at Space 220. I’m happy to report that children can join you in your adventure at
Space 220 Lounge. Children aren’t permitted to sit at the bar, however.
Carrie, I’m a fan of Space 220 Lounge Flight Bites menu, especially the Astro Deviled Eggs and the Chicken on Waffle, which might be a hit with your children if they chose to order off the lounge menu. If your little space explorers prefer a traditional children’s menu, they can order from the prix-fixe menu. One of the best features of the lounge is that you get some stellar panoramic views of outer space and all the intergalactic passers-by – be sure to keep an eye out for Mickey Mouse!
Remember, in order to enjoy Space 220 Lounge, every member of your party ages 3 and up will need park admission and a park reservation to EPCOT. Another galactic quest you will want to conquer while visiting EPOCT is saving the galaxy on
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. You can secure a boarding group in the
virtual queue or purchase an
Individual Lightning Lane entry to join the Guardians in this out-of-this-world spin through the cosmos. Sounds like a spectacular day to me!
Carrie, please stop back by planDisney and let us know if you have any other questions about your upcoming vacation. We are here to help!
Wishing you many galactic memories,
Shannon
