Do kids under 3 eat free, or how does that work? Can I buy a dining plan for them?

Kids under the age of three do indeed eat for free at select Walt Disney World restaurants, Melissa.  Children under three are welcome to dine on a complimentary basis with their parents at restaurants that serve buffet or family-style.  At a la carte restaurants--where you order from a menu--children under the age of three can eat for free from your plate.  If you prefer that he or she have her own meal, you are welcome to order one for your child, but do be advised that you will be charged for it.  I hope that helps.  Happy dining!
