    How do kids under 3 eat free? Are they able to get their own meals or do they have to share from an adult plate?

    Hey, Keith!  Thanks for asking your question here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. 

    I love that kids under 3 can eat for free at Walt Disney World, especially since they don't eat very much.  If you are dining at an all-you-care-to-enjoy restaurant, your child is more than welcome to have his/her own plate and unlimited trips to the buffet.  If you are dining at a restaurant with a menu where you order an entree of your choosing, your child is welcome to share off of someone's plate.  If you wish to order your child a separate meal, then you would need to pay for it out of pocket.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
