Hi. We have 5 kids (16, 14, 6, 4, 2). Will DVC let us book 1 bed villa @ Grand CA that "sleeps 4-5?" The 3 older kids will sleep on the sofa sleeper & murphy bed. The 2 younger ones sleeps with us on the king bed like they do at home. Thanks!

Welcome to planDisney, Macy! I'm so glad you've stopped by with your question.

Macy, as a frequent visitor to the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, a trek to see the new Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park has quickly risen on my Disney Parks bucketlist! Whether you're hoping to channel your inner superhero or enjoy any other attraction, I hope you have a Magical trip.

Now, let's talk about staying at The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. A 1-Bedroom Villa sleeps up to 5 guests and due to hotel occupancy and fire code restrictions, you are NOT permitted to exceed the maximum occupancy listed. Macy, unfortunately this does mean that a 1-Bedroom Villa will not work for your family. I recommend checking into the 2-Bedroom Villa that sleeps up to 9 guests. While this option is more points per night, it would allow your entire family to stay all together.

Macy, while this likely isn't the news you were hoping to hear, I do hope the information is helpful as you're planning your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. If you have any other questions, please come on back to your new friends hEAR at planDisney. Like the popular Minnie Mouse headbands, we are all EARS.
