Hi, Sara! Welcome back to planDisney!
Thanks for serving up this delicious question! I love using the Disney Dining Plan—especially when we’re traveling with kids—because it helps us plan out our snacks and dining strategy. We keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog to see what new foods will be available during our stay and designate our dining credits accordingly. Spreadsheets may or may not be involved.
I double-checked the
Disney Dining Plan page to confirm that there isn’t any designation between adult or child dining credits. There are snack credits, Quick Service credits, and Table Service credits. The number of credits your party receives is based on how many nights you’re staying at Walt Disney World, how many people are in your party, and the type of plan you purchase. The page specifies that children ages 3–9 must order from the children’s menu if there is one available. So in the event that you choose a dining location with no children’s menu, you’re kiddo can order from the regular menu with no problem. Time to eat up!
You’re going to have the best time at
Blizzard Beach. There’s something for kids of every age, like Tike’s Peak for little ones or the Toboggan Racers. Maybe you’ve got older kids and they’re tall enough to try
Summit Plummet. But are they brave enough?
Sara, I hope this answers your question and you're ready for your magical water park day! Come on back to planDisney if you have any other questions!
Have a splish splash spectacular time!
Matt
