Can we get the kids dining plan without getting the adults dining plan. Our goal is for the kids to always be feed or have a meal and then we can snack and sit down for a nice dinner. We (adults) are picky eaters and will skip bf or lunch for a nice dner

    Hi Hiram,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I think it's a universal truth that it's difficult to find dining times and options to please everyone. Disney Dining Plans are so convenient but they may not quite fit what your party needs for their vacation.

Everyone on the same Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservation has to select the same Dining Plan option. You are not able to choose a dining plan for the children on your reservation without choosing the same plan for the adults. You might want to consider the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. This plan provides 2 Quick-Service Meals and 2 Snacks per day. The children would have several choices for meals and the adults could simply pay for a nice dinner.
If the adults in your party truly aren't interested in breakfast or lunch but you still want to have a clear budget for meals, I do have another suggestion. You might want to consider purchasing a Disney Gift Card with your food budget. You can purchase meals and snacks with the gift card. If you have money left on the gift card at the end of your vacation, you can buy a nice souvenir as a memory.

Hiram, thank you for stopping by with your question. I hope you will let us know if we can help you further with Dining or any other planning questions you may have.
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
