My kids have different sensory issues associated with food. One of the only things they will drink is chocolate milk. Can I bring some on board? I’m Afraid of bedtime & morning without it

Hiya Lauren - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks so much for swimming by with a question for our team of pirates, oops, I mean panelists! We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical, Disney Cruise Line vacations.

Lauren, I'm happy to report that you are welcome to bring your own chocolate milk, or other beverages, with you as part of your carry-on luggage. Please be sure that the beverages are in their original unopened packaging. Since you may board well before your stateroom is ready for you, I recommend bringing shelf-stable chocolate milk that does not require refrigeration. As soon as your stateroom is ready you'll be able to place it in your beverage cooler so it will be nice and cold to enjoy later.

Also, while I can't make any promises, I usually see small cartons of chocolate milk offered at the buffets onboard most Disney Cruise Line ships. If you don't see any, I recommend asking if there is any available onboard. You might also consider creating your own using regular milk and the hot chocolate packets that are typically available!

I'm excited for you to experience your Disney Cruise Line sailing in just a couple of weeks! I know a summertime cruise is great, but if you haven't tried a Very Merrytime or Halloween on the High Seas sailing, I highly recommend both. Imagine everything you love about a Disney Cruise Line sailing with extra holiday cheer - it's great!
