Ahoy and welcome to planDisney Marie! I'm so glad that you sailed our way with your question.
A Disney Cruise is the
ultimate vacation for any sailing crew, no matter the size. You'll get a chance to spend time making memories with your children and with the
incredible youth activity spaces for toddlers to teens, there will be plenty of opportunities to take advantage of all that is included,
just for adults too!
With a group of your size, you have a few different options as you pick staterooms. My friend and fellow Disney Cruise Line panelist, Andrew, recently
shared excellent advice to a family of six looking to book a stateroom for their entire group.
If you have a cruise in mind that you'd like to book, I would start on the
website and search the
deck plans to see if there are any available staterooms in your preferred category that connect. If you can't find a connecting stateroom, you may consider splitting your party between an Inside stateroom and an Oceanview or Verandah stateroom directly across the hall.
Marie, my family loves to cruise with Disney and I hope that you find exactly what you are looking for. If you are looking for some time for just the adults in your party, I'd highly recommend reserving
Palo for dinner or brunch. It's an adult-exclusive restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere and delectable dishes. It is always a highlight for me, and I'm completely relaxed, knowing that my children are having an amazing time in the Youth Clubs.
Please come back to planDisney if you have any further questions, we are just a message away as you chart your course for adventure!
Happy planning,
Adrianna
