I see that the kids clubs are for children up to 12. My husband and I want to have a night out without the children. Any suggestions on what to do with them? They are 11 and 13 and I am not keen on the idea of leaving them in the hotel room alone.

Hello Tracy and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
As the parent to 4 of my very own Mouseketeers I can totally relate to looking forward to a date night with my beloved husband during our magical visits to Walt Disney World Resort and I have some great news for you in that parents can certainly utilise the convenience of Childcare Services In-Room Babysitting with the help of independent provider Kids Nite Out!  My top tip would be for you to speak directly on the telephone with a Kids Nite Out advisor to discuss your families particular needs by dialling the number contained within this link or by taking a quick peek to gain more information at www.kidsniteout.com
It might be helpful to know that when my own Mouseketeers were younger and I was planning an evening sans children at Walt Disney World Resort I tended for peace of mind to choose close-by restaurants or activities, even perhaps staying within my home Resort.
And lastly for some great romantic date night advice you may also wish to check out this past Disney Parks Blog - Moms Panel Monday - Romance, Hearts & Mouse Ears!
    Have a great Disney day.
