A Ride in the Teacups

    Me and my kids, 3 and 6, are going back to Disneyland & California Adventure. My 3 year old is 41 inches, and enjoyed all the rides for his height, especially the bigger ones. Which rides can be 3 to a seat? Not sure if 6yr is brave to ride alone.

    How exciting you and your kids have an upcoming trip to The Happiest Place on Earth. Having an odd number in your group can be tricky because it can sometimes mean someone has to sit by themselves on an attraction. However, you'll be pleased to know that most of the attractions in Disneyland Resort won't require you to separate. I've put together a list of attractions for you that can fit three people together.

    Disclaimer: This list is from my memory and so it's possible that I've missed one or two rides out.

    Disneyland Park 

    • Pirates of the Caribbean
    • "it's a small world"
    • Peter Pan's Flight
    • Jungle Cruise
    • Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage
    • Storybook Land Canal Boats
    • Star Tours - The Adventures Continue
    • Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
    • Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway
    • Disneyland Railroad
    • Mad Tea Party
    • The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (two per row, same ride vehicle)
    • Millenium Falcon: Smuggler's Run (you'll have to sit behind one of your kids)
    • Indiana Jones Adventure (however, your 3-year-old doesn't meet the height requirement for this ride)

    Disney California Adventure Park

    • Grizzly River Run
    • Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT
    • Soarin' Around the World
    • Monsters, Inc. Mike and Sulley to the Rescue! (two per row, same ride vehicle)
    • WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure
    • The Little Mermaid - Ariel's Undersea Adventure
    • Radiator Springs Racers (two per row, same ride vehicle)
