Hello Tara and thanks for bringing such an important question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Planning
the most magical trip possible for our families to enjoy at Walt Disney World Resort can at times seem a little over-facing, but don't worry because that's exactly why we're all here to help!
To assist in planning for your families particular needs there are many wonderful
Services for Guests with Disabilities and even specific
Services for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities including the
Disability Access Service (DAS) which has replaced the old
GAC service.
Disability Access Service (DAS) provides a
'virtual wait time' and can be used with
FastPass+; DAS is intended to assist Guests who find waiting in conventional queues difficult and can be applied for from any
Theme Park Guest Relations. Generally speaking a DAS usually covers a family group of up to 6 Guests, however you will be able to fully discuss your children's individual needs with the Guest Services Cast Member assisting you.
If I can help sprinkle any extra pixie dust onto your lovely families plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort please do pop back to ask me another question.
Have a great Disney day.
~ Jane
