Hi Giovanna,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question about one of my favourite subjects: Disney dining!
My big little dude is now 10 years old and so he’s considered a Disney “adult” when it comes to purchasing Theme Park Tickets and dining. That said, even though he’s considered an adult, his taste in food hasn’t evolved quite that far yet…
We often like to dine at
Fine/Signature Dining locations during our visits to Walt Disney World Resort and I’m happy to say that he’s still been able to order off the kids’ menu if there is nothing on the adult menu that strikes his fancy. That said, if you’re dining at a “prix fixe” location such as
California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort or at a
family style or buffet restaurant, even if someone over the age of 9 orders from the kids menu, they’ll be charged the full “adult” price for their meal.
I hope my answer helps you plan a delicious Disney Parks vacation for you and your family. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
