we (3 kids 2 adults + 2 grandparents) are coming in April. Question is-- my parents may come, but don't want to do the parks with us. Any suggestions on stuff they can do while we are at the parks 3-4 days?

There are so many great activities to enjoy at Walt Disney World, aside from the amazing parks. They can see La Nouba a mesmerizing show by Cirque du Soleil exclusively in the Downtown Disney. These performers will astound them with their high flying ariel antics. While in Downtown Disney they can also catch all the current box office smashes and award-winning features in comfort and style at the AMC Downtown Disney 24 movie theaters. With those comfortable big seats, it is a great place to see a film. Another one of my favorite place at Walt Disney World is Disney's BoardWalk area. This entire area is magical and is a lovely place to stroll. The Boardwalk contains more shops, restaurants and nightclubs. This quarter-mile entertainment, dining and shopping area is also conveniently close to 2 Disney Theme Parks. I think they will enjoy strolling along the water and relaxing. One more great tip is to head over to Disney's Animal Kingdom resort and spend some time there. This is a wonderful place to spend a few hours eating a wonderful meal at Sanaa or enjoying a drink in the fantastic lobby filled with African artwork that is just gorgeous. While you are there you must go to one of the viewing area and watch the giraffes, zebras and other wildlife as they stroll past on the savannah. It is one of my favorite spots in all of the Walt Disney World. Well I hope this provides some ideas. I have plenty more ways to keep them entertained and enjoying themselves while you are at the parks, so feel free to ask me again. See you at the parks.
