Howdy, Betty-June! You're just a few days away from your arrival to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I'm so excited to chat with you today about my favorite dining experience at Disney - the
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue! You're in for a root-tootin', hand-clappin', foot-stompin' grand time at Pioneer Hall, no doubt!
Betty-June, the Hoop-Dee-Doo is one of a select handful of Disney dining reservations that requires payment at the time of booking and does not allow for modifications after booking. My recommendation would be to call and speak with a
Disney dining Cast Member to help you facilitate the cancellation and rebooking process to try and add your additional guest. Another option would be to try booking your new reservation first, and then cancel your original reservation to ensure you don't lose your booking. I'm sending lots of pixie dust that you are able to make the adjustment needed so you can all enjoy the show together!
One other quick tip for attending the Hoop-Dee-Doo - be sure to allow your party plenty of time to arrive to
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. You'll want to arrive at least 30 minutes ahead of your seating time to have time to check in and enjoy exploring the ground before the show! When you hear that dinner bell ringing, get ready for all the fun to begin! The Pioneer Players will have you singing, dancing, and laughing the night away and you'll see why it's a can't-miss experience for me! Remember the barbecue will be flowing and it's an all-you-care-to-enjoy meal experience, and for guests age 21 and older, beer and sangria are also included with your dinner! I'm always ready to raise a glass to that red sangria!
Betty-June, I hope this is helpful and I hope you enjoy raising the roof on fun with the Pioneer Players! If you have any other vacation planning questions, come back and let us know! You've always got a friend in
planDisney!
See you real soon,
Alison
