Can my kids have access to their tickets and other features on the My Disney Experience app AND I have access to their tickets as well?

    Hi Whitney,

    Welcome to planDisney!

If your children have their own My Disney Experience accounts, you should be able to connect with them through the Family & Friends List. If you are not connected already, log into My Disney Experience, go to the My Family & Friends List, and click on Add a Guest. There are a few ways you can add a guest. If they have their own accounts, you should be able to send the person an invitation to connect using the email address they have associated with their My Disney Experience account. Since I manage my girls' accounts, I can always see their tickets and plans. Review the age requirements for My Disney Experience accounts as you consider whether or not you will manage or connect with their accounts.

Looking at your arrival date, I see that it's soon! There is so much to do! I hope you have checked out our Top 10 Packing Tips. Review your plans in My Disney Experience. If you have not made any advanced dining reservations, I strongly suggest that you make a few now. Although using Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering is fairly easy, my family appreciates having dining reservations to take an air-conditioned break.

Whitney, the good news is that whether or not you connect with your kids' My Disney Experience accounts or manage them, you should be able to plan together. This is so important since you will be at the Walt Disney World Resort right after the launch of Disney Genie service. Review the details of Disney Genie, Disney Genie+, and Lightning Lane. Pack your patience. As exciting as these new services are, we all have to learn to navigate them in real time once they're launched!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
