As a kid (1982), I remember people eating at tables in Pirates of the Caribbean. Does this place still exist and what is the name of the place?

    Hi Vicki!

What you are remembering is the wonderful Blue Bayou Restaurant which is actually located in the Disneyland Park and not at the Walt Disney World Resort. I too have fond memories of this dining spot where you can see the boats from the Pirates of the Caribbean ride float by. The atmosphere is so authentic you have the feeling of sitting outside by the bayou's edge.

It is still in operation at Disneyland and you are encouraged to make reservations because of its popularity. There is not a restaurant at the Walt Disney World location. There are of course many other choices for dining in the park that are wonderful.  Enjoy!
