    Can my kid order off the adults menu for the dining plan?

    Welcome to planDisney, Briana! It looks like your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just around the corner, so let's get right to your question! 

    Many guests opt to add a Walt Disney World Dining Plan to their vacation package for the convenience. The guidelines state that children ages 3-9 must choose from the kids' menu, where available, when using either of the dining plans. I know this probably isn't the answer you were hoping for, but I do have a few tips for you:

    • If you have the Disney Dining Plan, which includes a table-service meal, try an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet like Tusker House Restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park or Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort. You could also consider a family-style restaurant such as 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Resort or Sebastian's Bistro at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. All of these restaurants provide the same food, no matter your age.

    Walt Disney World provides so many incredible dining options, so I am sure you are going to enjoy several amazing meals during your stay!
