Hi Kimberly! Congratulations on booking one of the most popular VIP Tours at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour is going to immerse you in the Most Magical Place on Earth in a way you’ve never experienced! I don’t want to give away too much, but this is an amazing experience! Your family is going to love this adventure through (and under)
Magic Kingdom Park!
Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour does require a photo ID. I recommend taking along some form of photo ID even if it is something such as a school ID card or some other form of issued ID. Some states offer a photo ID even if it is not a driver’s license. I believe the state of Missouri does issue a “non-driver” ID for residents. A United States Passport would also be accepted if your child has one. I just spoke with a Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort. He recommended taking along your child’s birth certificate but did reiterate that a photo ID is required.
Kimberly, if your child’s school doesn’t issue formal photo ID, perhaps you can ask your child’s school to print a document with your child’s photo and birthdate. Many databases used by schools for student information and class scheduling will have your child’s photo, name, and birthdate.
Taking teens to the Walt Disney World Resort is such a fun experience! All three of my boys are now teens! They love their visits! Check out the video included with this answer. My fellow planDisney panelist, Heather, and I provide our top tips for visiting with teens!
Have a wonderful visit! Enjoy Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour and all the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort!
Dreams do come true!
