Hello Lisa,
I think all of the Disney Resorts offer a little something to make themselves fun for kids. So it's hard for me to choose just one kid-friendly spot. But I narrowed it down to a few.
Value: Pop Century Resort. This is my sister's
favorite resort. She loves it here for many reasons. But what she thinks
stands out is its larger-than-life whimsy. Plus, it has the Goofy Kiddie Spray Area, a play fountain located between the 60s and 70s that kids just love!
Moderate: Caribbean Beach Resort. What kid wouldn't want to stay in a Pirate Room? It offers the only themed rooms on property with ship-shaped
beds, "barrels" and "crates" to hide your dresser and refrigerator and
carpeting that looks like a wooden plank floor. And the pool resembles a Spanish fort complete with cannons!
Deluxe: This is a tie for me. I love the
Beach Club Resort. The pool is awesome and your family will love it. It's a shipwreck with a sandy bottom. And the
location is perfect. You can walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. And
you're on the BoardWalk so there's tons to do for the kids even when you're not in the parks. But there's something about
Polynesian Resort. It's on the Monorail so you can easily get to Magic Kingdom and Epcot, which is also ideal for quick trips back to the resort for midday breaks. There are koi ponds, tiki torches, and the pool has a cool volcano.
I hope this helps you make a decision as you're planning your Disney vacation. Happy trip planning!
