Are there any kid centers left at Disneyworld where we can pay and have our children watched, like Lilo's Playhouse or the Pixar Zone at Contemporary? I know they've both closed and I'm not sure if there are any other options besides in-room!

Hi there, Amanda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for your question!

A trip to Walt Disney World is obviously an amazing family experience, but it can also be a fantastic opportunity for some time away for the adults in your travel group while the kids are having the time of their lives! Other than In-Room Childcare Services, the alternative option for you and your travel party is Captain Hook’s Pirate Crew! Children ages 4-12 can enjoy a swashbuckling journey with Captain Hook and his crew which lasts approximately 3.5-4 hours, just the right amount of time for an extended grownups-only outing! Kids will participate in a scavenger hunt adventure along Crescent Lake, and enjoy a Pirate feast! The pickup and drop-off points for this experience are at the Beach Club Resort, which is a perfect location from which to explore nearby dining and even offers easy access to Epcot World Showcase and Disney’s BoardWalk

Well, Amanda, I hope that this information is helpful to you as you finalize your plans for your vacation coming up in just a few weeks! I cannot wait for our next family trip when we can finally try out the Pirate Crew with my two boys, and I hope you and your family have a chance to as well!

Please do not hesitate to come back to see us if we can be of any more help in the future!

    See ya real soon!
