Does the Keys to the Kingdom Tour vary much year to year? DH and I took the tour in 2008. We'll be at WDW Feb 2012 with my parents and they'd like to take the tour. We weren't sure if we would just get a repeat of what we saw in 2008.

    Hi Kathleen,

I LOVE taking the tours at Disney! I always walk away feeling like I'm a little closer to Walt Disney and all the magic he started.

I've taken the Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour a couple of times. It was pretty much the same tour both times although our Tour Guides were different. One new thing that I liked the last time I took the tour is that now each guest is given a set of headphones so that you can hear your Tour Guide without being right next to him/her. I liked being able to linger in some spots for a minute without feeling I'd miss out on being able to hear everything.

The tour can vary though. We went on the Jungle Cruise and Haunted Mansion both times that I took the tour. However, if those attractions are closed, you may see something different. You never know when they might switch things up a little.

Even though I saw pretty much the same areas, I never get tired of the tours. It may be fun for you to see with your parents so that you can experience it again for the first time through their eyes.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
