    I have a Keys to the Kingdom tour scheduled for Sunday, September 2, 2018. Is there a way to request a certain cast member for my tour?

    Hello again, Gayle! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour is an excellent choice for your upcoming vacation! Although I haven't taken this tour myself yet, I have heard such positive feedback about it that I have it scheduled for one of my next visits to the Walt Disney World Resort. I am excited to experience it!

    After speaking with a Cast Member about your question, I found that while requests cannot be guaranteed, you should be able to call the reservation center again at (407) 939-8687 and ask that the request be added. Since the Cast Members that are scheduled for tours are usually already set, the request may not be met, but it doesn't hurt to ask!
